(Subcontractor), 3 Common Street, Amesbury, MA 04324 (Subcontractor) and Hardly Pay Ever Construction Corporation, 2310 Big Bucks Boulevard, Wellesley Hills, MA 02181, (General Contractor) with regard to labor or material, or both labor and material and/or rental equipment, appliances or both in the erection, alteration, repair or removal of a building on a lot of land owned/operated by Hope I Don’T Get Liened Corporation (Owner), whose address is 510 Shaky Ground, Peru, MA 02162 is hereby dissolved.
