Scribbles is a complimentary thrice-yearly (or so) newsletter, concerning current issues in Massachusetts construction law and written specifically for contractors (with lightness and humor liberally sprinkled throughout, including several lawyers’ jokes in every issue, guaranteed!) The magazine has been produced since 1993. As each new issue is written, it will be reproduced in PDF format and posted to this web site.

Everyone (worth anything) knows that the real job of the entire staff (both human and … well) at the Law Offices (otherwise known as the Scribbles Castle) is the assiduous production of this scholarly magazine. Compliments will be met with nods of approval by the actors; anything else will be dealt with summarily.
